1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Seedance 2.0 ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Seedance 2.0 is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text, images, and other inputs. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated videos will always meet your exact expectations.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. AI Content Rules and Moderation
These rules apply to prompts, uploaded reference materials, generated outputs, and content shared through the Service. Do not evade restrictions, resubmit prohibited content using another account, or interfere with the Service or its related systems.
4.1 Prohibited Content Categories
- Pornography / NSFW: Pornography, sexual acts, sexually explicit content, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence / gore: Graphic injury, torture, or content that promotes, threatens, or instructs violent harm.
- Hate speech: Content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Sexualization, sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other harm involving minors, including fictional or AI-generated material.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: Impersonating real people to deceive, defraud, harass, or fabricate endorsements, and non-consensual intimate deepfakes.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: Unauthorized copying or use of protected works, characters, logos, or other materials, or content that falsely implies authorization or endorsement by a rights holder.
4.2 Content Moderation Process
Reports are reviewed manually by the operator. When potentially prohibited content is reported, we examine the relevant prompts, uploaded materials, generated videos, and available task records, reviewing both inputs and outputs against these rules. We may request additional information from the reporter or content owner. Integrated AI providers may also reject or stop generation under their safety restrictions; those restrictions do not replace your obligation to follow these rules.
This process does not mean every prompt or generated output has been manually reviewed before display. Generated content does not imply platform approval. Please report prohibited content through the channel below.
4.3 Reporting and Handling
Send reports to support@tryseedance2ai.com with the subject “Content report.” Include the video URL or task identifier, the relevant rule, an explanation, and evidence you are entitled to provide. Do not redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal content by email. We examine the relevant records, assess the report, and take appropriate action; we may contact you for further information.
4.4 Enforcement and Termination
Depending on severity, repeated violations, and harm to others, we may issue warnings, require content correction or removal, remove or restrict access to prohibited videos, reject related generation requests, and suspend or terminate violating accounts and access to the Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in account termination. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required. Termination does not remove lawful payment obligations already incurred or limit your refund and other rights under applicable law.
4.5 Appeals
If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@tryseedance2ai.com with the relevant task identifier, the action, and your reasons. We manually review the available records and correct the action if it was mistaken.
5. Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.
6. Credits and Payments
Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase or subscription. Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance 2.0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
